Readers may recall Manasvi as the very lady who was majorly instrumental in Donald Trump’s win in the US Presidential election campaign, in the USA, catalyzing Hindu and Indian Americans to lend their unwavering support to the newly elected President of the United States. The event was held at Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC and the Miss India World 2010 performed to Bollywood chartbusters, including ‘Kala Chashma’, ‘Jumme Ki Raat’, ‘Dhoom Machale’ and ‘Jai Ho‘. The live performance dazzled the crowd of more than 800,000 people with a live telecast to over 2 billion viewers. Dignitaries like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and many prominent industrialists from India graced the occasion with their presence at the ceremony. Even Bollywood singing sensation Mika Singh enthralled the stage with a guest appearance performing on his famous Bollywood tracks.

Manasvi was deeply humbled to take an opportunity of a lifetime where she could perform to welcome the US President. She said “I’ve never been so nervous performing live; we’ve been rehearsing for the last 15 days. This event is a culmination of all the efforts we’d taken for the presidential campaign. We’d earlier put together ‘Humanity United Against Terror’, a Bollywood charity event that Trump addressed. This is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to the Indian community. Several industrialists, dignitaries and celebrities, including Mika Singh, are attending the event as guests. In fact, this is the first time that a Bollywood performance is part of the US Presidential inauguration.”

The event was held with the aim of catalysing and bettering relationships between India and the USA. Top Trump campaign officials have acknowledged the contribution of RHC and Manasvi towards this win that has sent shock waves throughout the world.
